Rep. Waxman Asks EPA for More Details Regarding Cabrillo Port Decision
Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA), chairman of the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, yesterday issued a new document request to the EPA regarding its reversal of its position as to whether mainland air pollution laws would apply to the planned Cabrillo Port offshore LNG terminal.
