Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA), chairman of the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, yesterday issued a new document request to the EPA regarding its reversal of its position as to whether mainland air pollution laws would apply to the planned Cabrillo Port offshore LNG terminal. Rep. Waxman says the EPA’s previous explanation to the Committee “provided no analysis that justified the reversal of EPA’s position.” E&E News PM has further details, along with Waxman’s letter .
