Md. House Considers Measure to Impede Sparrows Point Terminal
The Maryland House of Delegates is scheduled to hear testimony today on a bill that would ban private entities from dredging in the vicinity of Sparrows Point, where AES proposes to construct an LNG terminal. It also would limit the Public Service Commission’s discretion to recommend approval of LNG facilities in Baltimore County near residential areas.
