Mayor Opposes Relocating Crown Landing LNG Terminal to Pennsville, N.J.

The mayor of Pennsville, N.J., does not support relocating the proposed Crown Landing LNG terminal in his township, as suggested by Committeeman Thomas Strong. “That type of plant doesn’t belong in a township (like Pennsville),” John Crawford said. “It should be in a more isolated area.” According to The Gloucester County Times, the spokesperson for BP Crown Landing said that the Logan Township location is currently a more sensible site.
