The Marine Engineers’ Beneficial Association (MEBA) on Tuesday announced a deal to place U.S.-citizen deck and engineering officers onboard Excelerate Energy’s LNG vessels. “This agreement recognizes the concerns [that] many in Congress, various state governments and the public have about the safety and security of LNG,” said MEBA President Ron Davis.
