Consortium to Own and Operate Calhoun LNG Terminal

Gulf Coast LNG Partners LP (GCLP) has entered an agreement under which the Consortium of KOGAS, LG International, and EMS Group will operate GCLP’s proposed Calhoun LNG terminal  in Port Lavaca, Texas. Under the agreement, the Consortium also will own equity in the project. “We are thrilled to bring the Port Lavaca LNG Services Consortium onto the Calhoun LNG team as their tremendous experience in LNG and operations will be a critical advantage in the success of the terminal,” said GCLP president John Godbold.
