Trinidad to Launch Study to Determine Viability of Fifth Liquefaction Train
The Trinidadian government plans to conduct a feasibility study to determine whether to develop a fifth liquefaction train, Energy Minister Lenny Saith said yesterday. According to Platts LNG Daily, Trinidadian energy officials have recently said that plans for another liquefaction train depend on whether the country can first meet gas demand for its industrial projects; some skeptics believe Trinidad cannot supply all the new projects.
