Platts LNG Daily reports on Jamaica’s efforts to secure LNG for its proposed floating regasification platform. According to previous press reports, Jamaica had initially planned to use Trinidadian LNG, but is now looking to other countries, such as Qatar and Equatorial Guinea, after Trinidadian officials said they were short on additional supply.
