Massachusetts Environmental Agency Issues Certificate for Neptune LNG
The Massachusetts Office of Environmental Affairs has issued a certificate of approval for Suez Energy’s Neptune LNG terminal proposed off Gloucester, Mass., after the company agreed to pay approximately $23.5 million to help mitigate the terminal’s impact on the marine population. Excelerate Energy agreed to similar mitigation measures with the state agency for its Northeast Gateway offshore LNG terminal. Gov.
