The president of the Lynn City Council is planning to call for a vote tomorrow on a proposed ordinance that would require KeySpan to implement specific security measures at its LNG storage facility in Lynn, Mass. The Council last month had postponed action on the proposal to allow KeySpan time to conduct a still pending investigation of a security breach at the facility in August. Read more in The Daily Item.
