Gov. Romney to Decide on Offshore LNG Projects Before Stepping Down
According to today’s edition of The Providence Journal, Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney will issue a decision on two LNG terminals proposed off the state’s coast before he leaves office on Jan. 4. According to the Deepwater Port Act, Romney must approve, disapprove, or approve with conditions, within 45 days of the date of the last public meeting for each terminal. [Free registration necessary]
