Official: Baltimore County Lacks Resources to Manage Potential LNG Accidents

AES’ proposed Sparrows Point LNG terminal would necessitate additional emergency responders and firefighting equipment that Baltimore County does not have, according Robert G. Muth, the county’s director of the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.
