Massachusetts Gubernatorial Candidate Would Not Sign Legislation Supporting Battery Rock Project

Some state lawmakers have criticized Healey’s characterization of the project, saying that the proposed terminal would harm the environment and recreational areas. The Patriot Ledger has further details.
