4Gas Seeks Shippers Interested in Proposed Maple LNG Terminal
4Gas plans to conduct a worldwide tour to solicit interest in regasification capacity for its proposed Maple LNG terminal in Nova Scotia. According to Harry Van Rietschoten, a member of the 4Gas executive board, supply sources for the 1 Bcf/d facility may originate from North Africa, West Africa, the Middle East, or Russia. Van Rietschoten also noted that the facility will be capable of handling gas of varying composition, including gas that will meet U.S. pipeline specifications.
