Trinidad Considers MOU With Mexico

The Trinidad & Tobago Express reports on a draft memorandum of understanding regarding energy-related matters between Mexico and Trinidad and Tobago. The paper connects the MOU with comments made yesterday by Prime Minister Patrick Manning, who said that, “If Trinidad and Tobago decides to sell [LNG] into the Mexican market, we will start with a price of Henry Hub plus 30 cents … at the moment when we export to the US, the only terminal that gives us a price like that is the terminal in Everett … where we get Henry Hub plus 35 cents.”
