The Boston Herald says Massachusetts House Speaker Salvatore DiMasi’s legislative language attempting to shut down the Everett LNG terminal amounts to a waste of time, and argues that effort can be better spent on developing other energy projects, such the LNG terminals proposed off the state’s coast.
