Federal Agencies Schedule Public Hearings on Jordan Cove Plan Next Week
FERC and the U.S. Coast Guard plan to meet with residents next week to hear their concerns about Jordan Cove Energy’s proposed LNG terminal in Coos Bay, Ore. and its accompanying 223-mile pipeline. The comments will be incorporated into the FERC-issued draft environmental impact statement for the project. Interested parties have until July 21 to submit comments to the USCG and untilJuly 24to submit comments to FERC.
