Open Seasons Begin Today for Transco Pipeline Expansions
Williams has announced that it will initiate open seasons today for participation in two pipeline expansion initiatives. The Production Area Mainline project would allow the company to transport gas and LNG from the Louisiana Gulf Coast to various points along the Transco pipeline grid, which goes north up to New Jersey and New York. “These pipeline projects represent Transco’s unique solutions to ensure that its customers can take full advantage of these new supply alternatives,” said Phil Wright, senior vice president of Williams’ natural gas pipeline business. The open seasons are expected to end March 10. Read more in yesterday’s Platts LNG Daily. [Subscription required]
