Mayor Lambert Thanks Hess LNG
In last night’s State of the City address, Fall River Mayor Edward M. Lambert Jr. thanked Hess LNG for the Weaver’s Cove LNG terminal proposal that he says has united the citizens of Fall River. “I believe they’ve galvanized our people in a way that can’t be undone.” Lambert said the “threat of an LNG facility in a populated area” propelled efforts in making improvements to the city’s quality of life. Today’s Herald News has coverage of the speech.
