Conn. Attorney General Richard Blumenthal wants federal officials to publicly release “secret” documents on safety and security issues related to the Broadwater LNG proposal. “Secrecy spawns the kind of distrust that we think ought to be avoided at all costs,” he said. However, FERC spokesperson Tamara Young-Allen said the files are available to U.S. citizens who promise not to disclose the contents. Today’s Hartford Courant has the details.
