A Philadelphia resident says that while PGW’s proposed LNG project raises some legitimate security concerns, he feels that the terminal would be an economic boon for the city. “City Council has to decide whether it wants to cater to condo developers or needed city income in the long term.” His op-ed is in today’s Philadelphia Daily News.
