Report: Cacouna LNG Proposal in Limbo

A report by Tristone Capital says PetroCanada is having difficulty securing gas supply for its proposed LNG terminal at Gros Cacouna on the St. Lawrence River. PetroCanada had planned to make a supply deal with Gazprom, but the Russian company is working on a terminal proposal in the Baltic Sea.
