An Astoria, Ore. resident has expressed concern over who will pay for security measures should an LNG terminal proposal go forward. He raises this question after learning that a New Jersey community, where the Crown Landing terminal may be placed, is facing the same issue. Friday’s Daily Astorian has his op-ed.
