An Astoria, Ore. resident has expressed concern over NorthernStar Natural Gas’ last-minute decision to add a power plant to the Bradwood Landing project. The developer had nixed the idea of using air vaporizers to warm the LNG, citing its inefficiency. The writer wonders why company officials had not made this decision earlier.
