FERC Denies CEC’s Request for Extension

Although it will “make every effort to consider all comments received, including those filed outside of the comment period,” FERC will not extend the comment period on the DEIS for the proposed Sound Energy Solutions terminal. The California Energy Commission had requested an extension in order to review CEII materials. The denial is available at Docket No. CP04-58 at the FERC eLibrary.
