BP and N.J. Community Are Not Sure Who Will Bear Security Costs
Security measures for the proposed Crown Landing LNG facility are in the works, though it is not clear yet who will pay for them. “The security costs inside the facility are BP’s responsibility without question,” BP spokesman Tom Mueller said. “Where you get into a gray area is where you need local police patrols around the facility.
