Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Del.-N.J. Border Clash Case
The U.S. Supreme Court yesterday agreed to hear the border dispute between Delaware and New Jersey over the siting of an LNG terminal in the Delaware River. The court will consider the new complaint, rather than a reopening a previous matter, in which the U.S. Supreme Court established the present boundary. Details are in Today’s Sunbeam.
