Planned Pleasant Point LNG Facility Creates Tension Within Tribe
Passamaquoddy tribal elders are concerned that the planned Pleasant Point LNG facility has pitted members against each another. Last week’s lawsuit, filed by six Passamaquoddy members against the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Department of the Interior, was brought without the support of tribal leaders.
