Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal is questioning the legitimacy of a provision under the Energy Policy Act of 2005 that allows developers of LNG projects to appeal directly to federal appellate court after states deny or delay permits or licenses associated with LNG terminal applications, according to an Associated Press report published yesterday in Newsday.
