The Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (OLCD) has entered into agreements with Jordan Cove Energy Project and Oregon LNG staying the deadline by which OLCD must review those companies’ certification that their proposed LNG terminal projects are consistent with Oregon’s Coastal Management Program under the federal Coastal Zone Management Act. OLCD’s decision on Jordan Cove Energy Project’s Consistency Certification is now due by July 30, 2015. OLCD’s decision on Oregon LNG’s Consistency Certification is now due by April 27, 2015.
